Add and Display non-MLS / Private Listings

If you wish to display other properties on your website which do not exist in your MLS (e.g. private or 'pocket' listings, or even rentals or commercial properties), these can be added to your account as Private Listings.

Your Private Listings can then be presented on your website using any Display Widgets with an appropriate Filter.

Add a New Private (pocket/custom) Listing:

To access, manage, and add private listings, from your Leads and Contacts dashboard
Menu Listings > My Private Listings - and click "Add Private Listing".

  1. When the form is displayed, navigate from tab to tab, and enter in details about this new listing.
A number of fields are available to enter the basic information about the property, such as price, address, description, etc.
  2. If you wish to add further features, use the Custom Fields tab.
Use this to create Labels and Values for any extra fields you need. For example, Square Footage being a label and 2,400 being a value for that feature.
  3. As you type in the address, the system should mark it on the map.
  4. Add photos for the listing AFTER you click on the Add Listing button.

Manage Photos for a New or Existing Private Listings

  1. After you add a listing you will be redirected to a page to manage photos for that listing.
You can also add photos for an existing listing from the main "My Private Listings" screen by clicking on the manage photos ICON
  2. Click Upload Photos.
  3. Select photos from your computer and click "Add" so that they are in the bottom pane ready to be uploaded. When you are done selecting photos, click on the Send button which will upload the selected photos and attach them to your property.
  4. When you are done, you can click on Property Details at the top of this screen to see how your listing and photos will look like.

Delete a Listing

From the main My Custom Listings page, click on the Delete Listing link to the right of the listing row you want removed.

Display Private Listings on your Website

Private Listings can be displayed on your website using Display Widgets, which is exactly the same method as for displaying MLS listings.

So to do this,

Menu Widgets > Widget Wizard

As you follow the wizard, select "My Private Listings".

Note: Private listings cannot be co-mingled with MLS listings. They have to be displayed using discrete widgets..
