If you have a new website from Blue Fire Group, then your domain name needs to be configured correctly so that it points to your new Website.
These instructions refer to websites that were created later than June 1 2013.
If you have a website from us created earlier than that, you will need legacy settings, so please contact us.
This feature only applies to WordPress sites hosted by Blue Fire Group.
This configuration needs to be done at the Registrar where you initially registered your domain name (e.g. GoDaddy, Register.com, Network Solutions etc).
When you do this, you also need to consider what email services you will be needing that are associated with your domain name.
We do NOT host any email accounts. Our advice to all our clients is to choose email services that are provided by a reputable third-party email service provider. By doing this, you will be keeping email hosting separate from website hosting which will make your business more resilient.
Edit the Host Records (DNS) for your domain and make sure the domain name has an "A" record which points to this IP address
