We can assist with completing the process of setting up your Google Map APIs.

In order for us to be able to help, you MUST have already completed at least steps 1 to 4 outlined in the support article "How to Generate and Set a Google Map API Key":

  1. Login to your Google Account
  2. Start the Process
  3. Create Your Google API Project
  4. Setup Billing

If you have created your project AND setup billing, then we can assist with the the rest of the steps to enable the APIs, set your quota, create credentials, restrict the key with HTTP referrers and add the API Key to your Buying Buddy account.

You will STILL need to install the Buying Buddy plugin on your site, and if you use WordPress, you will need to add the API key to the Buying Buddy WordPress plugin options panel.

To Give Us Access

This method allows us to have shared access to the "project" you created so that we can manage all the settings for you.

  • We will NOT have access to your Google account.
  • You can revoke permissions at any time!

Step-1

Login to your Google Account and go to the Google Cloud Platform console:

Step-2

First - make sure the your project is selected in the blue header at the top of the page.

Open the main menu on the left and go to "IAM & Admin > IAM"

Step-3

At the top of this panel, click "+ADD" to see the "Add Members" panel

Step-4

In the "Add members"panel,

a) type in our email address in the "New Member" field
The email to specify is: [email protected]

b) Click the button 'Select a Role'
And choose "Project" at the top level (on the left)
... and then click "Editor" on the right.

Step-5

Click the SAVE button

Thats it.

Please tell us that you have done this and also confirm the name of the project you have used.
