Create pages specific to your audience!

Think of your clients -- Are they down-sizing? Looking for retirement communities? Wanting to be near specific school systems? Interested in condo life?

Create pages specifically for them and display those properties. For maximum benefit, add a short paragraph above the listings that talks about that specific lifestyle. This will allow people to connect with your search results, and gives you a little SEO boost in the process.
