When creating your custom search forms or custom lead capture forms, you'll need to specify the correct field NAME and VALUE for any input fields you add.
These will be specific to YOUR MLS.
To identify Search fields names and values for your MLS, use the Widget Wizard to create a custom search link so that you can see the Search Filter string generated.
You can then identify the field names and values you need to create search form fields that are specific to your MLS
